Magellan Surveys Limited is a London based start-up with 17 years of experience in the survey and construction industry.

Our aim is to provide accurate and precise land and measured building survey information to a wide variety of customers from private individuals to architects, developers, consultant engineers, local & regulatory authorities as well as the construction industry ranging from small to medium sized projects throughout the United Kingdom.

We can provide precise and detailed measurement information at all stages of a project. Using the latest technology, state of the art electronic surveying equipment, such as 3D terrestrial laser scanners with innovative computer software solutions, including 3D Revit modelling (BIM).

We are also happy to hear from potential customers looking for aerial and mobile mapping solutions. We partnered up with well established third party contractors in order to take advantage of the potential these system have to offer, such as acquiring critical survey information with restricted visibility and/or at speed what would otherwise be a costly exercise.
